Taken before construction began, this is the area where the house will stand. The land is very near the Saguaro National Park West near Tucson and an example of the rich diversity of plants found in the Sonoran desert. I have two acres, and have left the rest of the desert untouched and unfenced, so the wildlife can wander through it. We have rabbits, squirrels, quail, coyote, javalina and many types of birds that live here or migrate through.
