2.  Foundation marked and batter boards installed with level strings.

3.  Water level used to mark top of concrete on forms ( which will later be the roof plate) 4.  I built these forms out of 20" wide OSB, so I could later use them as the roof plate. 5. The forms weren't needed! Here's the foundation after the rebar guys removed many forms.
6.  Rebar inside the trenches, professionally done. 7. We filled the stemwall with concrete, then added rebar stubs ever 2' and jbolts every 6' to attach the bales. 8. The bales arrived in large truckloads, unloaded with a bale squeeze into tall stacks. 9. Matts made sure we brought the bales down gently, so we didn't damage them. 10. Matts shows me how to divide a large bale into two smaller bales to fit against windows and doors.
